A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) Book 3

This is the third book in the Court of Thorns and Roses series. Feyre is back in the Spring Court, but this time her eyes are open. She is trying to protect her own court and send back vital information to help with the war that is inevitable. Lucian suspects Feyre, but he doesn’t want to do anything to upset his chances of seeing his mate, Elian. Rhysand works in preparing his court and trying to bring the High Lords to come together against Hybern.

This book is fast-paced and kept me on the edge of my seat. The character growth from book one to this one is brilliantly written. Feyre is now doing everything thing to protect those that she finds dear still but she also has is showing how smart she truly is. The friendship of Feyre and Lucian reminds me of two kids that find themselves step-siblings who don’t trust each other or even everyone around them. But through it all, learn to care about one another like true siblings. Nesta’s dialogue is cutting and brilliant, an amazing character. This is becoming one of my favorite series have ever read. Even though I am reading this digitally from my local library, I have bought the entire series in hard cover. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series, A Court of Frost and Starlight.

Product description and Images are from amazon.com:

“Feyre has returned to the Spring Court, determined to gather information on Tamlin's actions and learn what she can about the invading king threatening to bring her land to its knees. But to do so she must play a deadly game of deceit. One slip could bring doom not only for Feyre, but for everything-and everyone-she holds dear.

As war bears down upon them all, Feyre endeavors to take her place amongst the High Fae of the land, balancing her struggle to master her powers-both magical and political-and her love for her court and family. Amidst these struggles, Feyre and Rhysand must decide whom to trust amongst the cunning and lethal High Lords, and hunt for allies in unexpected places.”
