Bryce and Hunt is going exactly what the Asteri have told them to do, stay under the radar. Only with the arrival of a Fae prince and now there are rebel plans that have roped in their friends. Can they really just sit back and let things be?
This is the second book in the Crescent City series. Bryce and Hunt’s relationship is brilliant in this story. As you see, not just how much they care for one another, but they get each other. Ruhn is more than the over protective brother and playboy prince, but has true depth in this story. We get to see a side of him that changed how I saw him in the first book. The book itself was amazing in how much more world building we get in this story. The twists that take place are ones you don’t see coming and make for a page turning read. I loved reading this book and can’t wait to read the next book in this series, House of Flame and Shadow.
