Nocturnal Hearts Book 1
Idalia was taught to hide herself for others would try to use her power. Though she grew up within the castle, she is just the fire witch who makes sure that rooms are bright and warm. Then a thief shows up demanding something of her and now she must protect herself.
This story is short and quick but a page turner. Idalia understands more than some know, but is still innocent of what is going on in her own home. The dynamic between her and Fehrn is brilliant. The world in which they live in is fantastical and yet with a darker undertone. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series, In Darkness Waits Desire.
