Second Sets book 2
This is the second book in the in the Second Sets duet. The story starts right where the first book ends, where River is walking into a meeting with her guys whom hate her. But they left her pregnant and alone, so there is no love loss between them. I don’t want to go into this too much, as I don’t want to give anything away. This is a second chance romance reverse harem that is all the things you want to read.
The story is so good. How the characters actually work together and heal the past while building on the future together is so well done. River is dealing with work, motherhood and a stalker. While the band is falling apart. Aly writes such a great story about characters who and showing that a broken person can heal.
I really enjoyed reading this story, and on a side note I got this as an advanced reader copy. I love how this author has created a world that starts in Apocalypse Society and we get to see some of those characters in this series of Second Sets. There will be another one of the West children’s story Journey’s, which will be another why choose. I for one can’t wait to read it.
