Cordelia has been informed that she is to marry a Dragon prince, whether she wants to or not. Ian who has been his brother's keeper, the crown prince Issac will marry a witch. But nothing goes as planned.
This is the first book of the Southern shifter Royals. Cordelia and Ian are brilliant together. The story takes place in the early 1900's of the American south. It is an interesting take on the two magical communities. This is a fast-paced story that keeps you turning the page wanting to know what will happen next. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading the next book in this series, The soul of the Dragon.
